Trotz zahlreicher Therapien bleibt die Behandlung von Vitiligo eine Herausforderung. Erste Berichte berichten von ermutigenden Ergebnissen der Klimatherapie am Toten Meer (DSC) bei Vitiligo-Patienten.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 20px;\"><strong class=\"sub-title\">Objektiv<\/strong><\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ziel war es, die Wirksamkeit von DSC bei 436 Patienten mit Vitiligo zu bewerten.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 20px;\"><strong class=\"sub-title\">Methoden<\/strong><\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Die Akten von 436 Vitiligo-Patienten, die zwischen 1997 und 2005 im Deutschen Medizinischen Zentrum (DMZ) mittels DSC behandelt wurden, wurden f\u00fcr die Analyse herangezogen. Die Klimatherapie, einschlie\u00dflich einer schrittweisen Steigerung der Sonneneinstrahlung nach einem Meerbad, wurde nach einem computergest\u00fctzten Protokoll durchgef\u00fchrt. Alter bei Vitiligo-Ausbruch, Hautphototyp, Hautbeteiligung, Krankheitsdauer sowie Zeitpunkt und Dauer der DSC wurden erfasst. Mittels logistischer Regression wurde der Einfluss der einzelnen analysierten Parameter auf den Behandlungserfolg abgesch\u00e4tzt.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 20px;\"><strong class=\"sub-title\">Ergebnisse<\/strong><\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Nach der Behandlung zeigten 3,91 TP3T der Patienten eine vollst\u00e4ndige oder signifikante Repigmentierung (definiert durch mehr als 501 TP3T Repigmentierung in mehr als 501 TP3T der L\u00e4sionen); 81,41 TP3T zeigten eine gute Repigmentierung; 13,11 TP3T zeigten keine Repigmentierung, aber ihre Vitiligo-Flecken waren rosa gef\u00e4rbt und 1,61 TP3T schienen von DSC \u00fcberhaupt nicht betroffen zu sein. Die Reaktion der Patienten auf die Behandlung war umgekehrt proportional zur Gr\u00f6\u00dfe des betroffenen Bereichs. Es wurde eine negative Korrelation zwischen der Dauer der Vitiligo und der klinischen Kurzzeitreaktion auf DSC festgestellt. Dar\u00fcber hinaus war das Ergebnis umso besser, je l\u00e4nger der Aufenthalt am Toten Meer war.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 20px;\"><strong class=\"sub-title\">Abschluss<\/strong><\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong class=\"sub-title\">\u00a0<\/strong>Die Klimatherapie am Toten Meer ist eine wirksame Behandlungsmethode f\u00fcr Vitiligo.
